Karleen Koen- Dark Angels?
I recently bought her book Through a Glass Darkly. When was that book first published?? And I heard that it has a prequel (Dark Angels), but she didn’t write the prequel until AFTER publishing Through a Glass Darkly. Is that right? So is it ok if I read Through a Glass Darkly and THEN read Dark Angels? And also, how many more books will there be?? I know there’s a third one out…

Yes, it’s not unusual these days for an author to publish a prequel long after a novel became a bestseller. Inevitably, that means that most readers interested in the writer’s work first read the story that took place in a later period.
