What movie or game scares you the most? & at what moment?

I love the feeling of watching a horror movie or playing a creppy game, just something that just scares you to death. Personally, I like pretty much every horror movie,(not including those Scifi tv horror movies), and, just playing a game that scares you crapless like Dead Space or Resident Evil. I like to know what you guys are creeped out by in the entertainment industry.
