How can I shrink wrap with household materials?
I can buy the bags but I don’t want to buy a sealer or heat gun. I know I can use a hair dryer but what about as a sealer? I want to shrink wrap a CD case and make it look like it was store bought.
I don’t think they shrink wrap CD’s. I think they are sealed in cellophane. If you applied heat to to the case you might warp the disk. I can’t answer your question but I would try a cello wrap.
